What you can raise with Apex

You don't need to have a label for what happened. If something at work has affected you, that is enough reason to reach out.

  • 01Harassment or bullying
  • 02Discrimination
  • 03Workplace conflict or hostile environment
  • 04Retaliation
  • 05Unsafe working conditions
  • 06Inappropriate conduct by a manager or colleague
  • 07Something that doesn't feel right, even if you're not sure what to call it

"You don't need to be certain. You don't need proof. You just need to feel safe enough to say something."

Many people wait too long to come forward because they're not sure their experience is "serious enough." At Apex, there is no threshold you have to meet. If something is affecting you at work, we want to hear from you.
